Speech Pathology and Combat Boots

2013 brought a whole lot of good to me. I survived another year of graduate school and got engaged to one heck of a guy.

 With all the good comes change. Before I get to say I do, I will start another journey with my fiancé...his first Army deployment to the Middle East. I dragged my heels as this departure day approached, but it is finally here. Through support, prayers and some healthy emotional break downs I will manage. So here is to 2014, graduating from graduate school, joining the "big girl" work force and surviving a deployment.
