I'm bringing the speech blog back from the dead to bring you a house update. We are finally "under construction" or "in construction" on the shouse (shop house) or as I like to refer to it as The Chapman Homestead.
So here is our neck of the woods before any construction. Then came some dirt.
Yay dirt! Next we got some concrete and an outline of the "stead".
After this, we got a lot of cold weather and had to wait, forever. Ok. Well. Weeks anyway.
We now have a drive way and electric. And...
Woo Hoo!
Kali and GI Joel are as excited as I am.
The blog will be the place for updates on the house so stay tuned!
Next up is my raid at Ikea for home things. It was a good time.
